My client is a leading social mobile platform that's gaining a major following worldwide! They are building out their Monetization Integrity team out here in APAC, with Singapore as the hub. This team will play a critical role in ensuring that safety for the brand and their user community. It will also be key in driving initiatives to mitigate risks relating to issues involving Ads and commerce and to enable advertiser quality on the platform.
Your role will be to manage and oversee all activities related to Product and Processes.
Roll out monetization systems and best practices in the region by partnering with cross-functional partners (policy, product, data, operation, engineering)
Address various scenarios such as auction and reservation, etc. with both qualitative and quantitative approaches to detect potential risks within the monetization scope, craft features and strategies to mitigate these risks.
Manage complex integrity-related projects from problem definition to final execution and global localization; optimize the process to ensure timely and effective delivery
Remain up-to-date on industry trend and emerging issues
Deep understanding of the monetization regulations, specifically regarding media/content monetization and risk management
Demonstrate leadership capabilities; build, develop and coach a high performing team
Strong understanding of platform design and product development
Experience with project management and coordination, and experienced in working closely with the engineering team/design team and other partner teams to guarantee effective execution of product plans
Experience working in a regional role/team
Data driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation
