My client is a leading social mobile platform that's gaining a major following worldwide! They are building out their Monetization Integrity team out here in APAC, with Singapore as the hub. This team will play a critical role in ensuring that safety for the brand and their user community. It will also be key in driving initiatives to mitigate risks relating to issues involving Ads and commerce and to enable advertiser quality on the platform. Your job will be to lead this team!
Localize market policies to align global policy framework with international guidelines
Develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria with cross-functional teams including Policy leaders, Sales, Product and Legal
Identify gaps and problem areas in policies and propose revisions
Manage, mentor and develop the Monetization Integrity Hub across Asia
Support advertising brand safety team by delivering training and conducting quality analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency
Partner with regional sellers directly to support campaigns from inception to conclusion
Establish early warning, prevention and control of advertising business and industry risks based on the brand safety requirements.
Bachelors degree in public policy, law or related fields
5-8 years of experience in policy, policy enforcement, specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience
Proven success in past leadership experience; good track record of building, leading a happy and performing team
Previous experience working across multi-markets
Strong experience in online advertising regulations policies and risk management
Good relationship with regulation experts/regional government/ relative NGO
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passionate about the product
