This start up, based in San Diego, are looking to hire multiple roles during this ramp up stage with the Paid Media Manager being an important hire for the team.
As a Paid Media Manager, you own the company’s paid media campaigns and setting the course for a young business to start getting serious about paid media. You will help to lead and execute campaigns alongside specialists in marketing, analytics, user experience, and development teams.
You have the first-hand experience with paid social, PPC, media analytics and able to evaluate your work. You get excited about all digital marketing channels and have the drive and inclination to remain at the forefront of the industry. You are experienced in all paid social platforms (eg: Facebook, Instagram) as well as Display and Search activity. The ideal candidate will also have experience with a 3rd party campaign management (eg: Salesforce).
5+ years’ experience at a media agency as a Paid Media Manager
Ideally, someone who has experience for a subscriptions business but not mandatory
Quantitative ability with advanced understanding of digital media analytics Understand of past and current digital marketing and technology trends
Deep knowledge and ardent for technology, digital marketing, and innovation
