This company is a pioneer in conversational commerce. This client connects the consumer directly with a sales associate offering that personal high touch shopping experience via text, chat and video, therefore growing ecommerce sales and converting customers.

As a Growth Marketer, Paid Media you will join a rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this person will own their paid media efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the optimization and management of paid search and paid social. This includes structuring and targeting improvements, keyword and audience expansion, landing page testing, search query mining, and improvement of the bid management process

  • Collaborate with engineering and product to drive initiatives for impacting organic visibility of focused category keywords, site architecture, and taxonomy and content

  • Actively find new growth opportunities and build out an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance

  • Pull and analyze reports and translate data into actionable changes to accelerate performance

  • Research and leverage SEM industry trends and competitive analysis to drive marketing strategies

  • Collaborate with brand, content and marketing teams - sharing performance, insights and new opportunities

  • Discover, vet, and test new media channels

  • Own additional digital channels including Paid Social, Video and Retargeting

Skills and Attributes:

  • 2-4 years experience managing paid search accounts for SEM

  • Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling), in addition to basic competency in SQL

  • Detail oriented and able to set and hit aggressive project deadlines

  • Highly adaptable and collaborative

  • Able to thrive within a fast paced rapidly changing environment

  • Customer-centric

  • Proficient with front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
