Paid Search Business Director
up to £75,000 per annum
A forward thinking global agency are looking to add an ambitious Paid Search (PPC) Business Director to their growing team to help lead the department in tandem with peers across Programmatic & Paid Social. You will work on retained, ad-hoc and consulting projects whilst taking full ownership of the commercial success and growth of the team (meaning less time working with the team on execution and more on long term strategy & tech innovation).
Hands on campaign management for key accounts.
Improvement of process and deliverables as well as best practice.
Evaluating and introducing of new paid media channels to the agency’s offering.
Leading pitches for biddable campaigns.
Own relationships with key channels and platforms.
Have prior experience working at a growing agency with small and large media budgets.
Be able to translate business objectives into marketing campaigns and biddable strategies.
Have in-depth understanding of the audience profiles, targeting options and ad formats offered by different channels.
Have hands on campaign management across paid search and display.
Have working knowledge of paid social – Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
B2C experience is preferred.
Have a solid understanding of all elements of the biddable campaign process.
