Who are you?
They searching for an experienced Partnerships Director (preferably with some international exp.) to grow businesses with existing partners but also to identify new opportunities for growth and long term partnerships with suitable prospects, driving increased revenue streams.
They partner with leading audio & tech businesses to deliver outstanding results for advertisers and are keen to bring someone in who's entrepreneurial, seasoned in partnerships.
You'll be managing a team of Partnership Execs, providing support and strategic leadership to grow their partner portfolio. You are required to grow the existing partner relationships. Relationships are two way so you will need to both increase scope and scale of each partnership as well as provide them with the best in class service.
Business development will also form part of your day to day role, and you'll be tasked to grow out a scalable network of new audio relationships across the EU and ROW. This role will directly report to the Commercial Director.
Sales experience / business development experience within digital advertising
Deep industry knowledge of the industry, competitor's products, 3rd party technologies, programmatic landscape, data solutions and market trends.
Experience leading / managing a team
Enjoy helping your team to adapt and grow the existing relationships we already have across their audio partners
You have built relationships with the important decision-makers and stakeholders across their exciting set of partners - scoping out their requirements, seeking out new product opportunities and encouraging the use of their products in tandem with theirs
Proven record growing incremental & novel audio revenue opportunities, building out a new partnership pipeline and ranking them in order of importance
Constantly scanning the ecosystem to identify opportunities with partners that can demonstrate potential value.
