We are currently working with an exceptional independent media agency based in London who are looking for a Client Services Account Manager to join their growing team! This role will be very client facing wherein you would be the main point of contact for their key accounts, planning and leading meetings with the clients to ensure they are having the best service possible!
The indie agency has been performing very well over the last year, with accounts growing over the last year and not a single redundancy having been made! If you are looking to move to a business where they truly invest in their employees and outline clear routes for progression to Account Director and beyond then this is the role for you!
Experience directly managing clients, strategizing on incoming briefs and translating them to actionable plans for internal teams is required for this role! Ensuring delivery on brief on agreed upon deadlines is a large part of this position and collaborating with all internal teams to have maximum client satisfaction
This role would be currently working remote however they have an office in Central London.
In terms of salary - they are offering up to £40k on the base and a 10% bonus paid annually!
Experience in a marketing agency in a client management focussed role
Understanding of online and offline media
Strong client management experience and understanding of how to present to senior stakeholders
Experience in managing a colleague is highly preferred
Great communication ability, in person and over the phone
Great attention to detail
Great team player and the ability to work cohesively as one unit with all internal teams
Strong English ability both written and spoken
