Are you commercially driven, enjoys building client relationship and armed with the experience in change consulting and organisational development?
As a Principal Consultant of the business, you will be responsible for focusing on delivering strategic value to clients across different verticals within the APAC region and provide a full spectrum of change consulting services to them.
You will develop new commercial strategies to actively pursue and win over new business and drive revenue growth for the company.
You will be tasked to provide successful coaching for senior leaders and C-level executives within brands and organisation. At the same time, processing facilitations such as cultural change, innovation, and organisation development initiatives.
A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in relevant field
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in leading cross-cultural strategic transformation change, workshop design, process facilitation and executive coaching
Previous track record in Integral Coaching Methodology
- IAF™ Certified Professional Facilitator
Fluent in English and Mandarin as you will be expected to conduct coaching, training, and process facilitation with North Asia clients
- Prior experience with banking and financial sector will be an advantage
- Experience with major 360 and development-based assessments such as TAIS, Lumina Spark, Harrison Assessment and DiSC
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player, organised and detailed-oriented
