The Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to focus on creating, developing and optimizing a variety of advertiser programs that help small businesses across APAC begin advertising. The role of the Program Manager will span a wide range of initiatives including identifying key advertiser cohorts within the long tail of SMB that could benefit from targeted service initiatives, developing and testing new services, creating innovative experiences to help businesses grow, and working with internal and outsourced service teams to operationalize and scale these service programs.

The Candidate

He/she must have minimum 2+ years of relevant Program Management experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a focus on process and operations, and experience in identifying opportunities to scale projects and drive ROI developing a variety of service strategies, overseeing global program management functions, utilizing analytical and relationship skills to identify and capitalize upon opportunities, and working cross-functionally.


  • Develop sales programs and service strategies that align to identified opportunities within the advertiser funnel to improve acquisition, growth and retention.

  • Work closely with management and between SMB sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to facilitate smooth delivery and end-to-end execution of scalable sales programs.

  • Optimize program operations with a focus on process management, deep dive analysis and funnel optimization.

  • Effectively manage delivery of programs through in-house and outsourced partners, ensuring quality and operational efficiency to drive incremental revenue growth.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

  • Design clear measurement strategies and success metrics, in partnership with Analytics team, to understand and optimize the impact and ROI of each program.


  • Experience working with small businesses and developing strategies to scale services and support.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on deliverable.

  • Strong critical, analytical thinking and data skills.

  • Experience in online marketing, sales, and product solutions for small businesses.

  • Experience working with SMB vendors across sales, account management and service workflows.

  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
