Programmatic Account Strategist - Global AdTech Leader:

Salary - circa £40K-60K + (43% bonus (which is very generous vs market standard & paid quarterly)

If you are an experienced account manager/strategist at an AdTech business, or Media Agency with a flair for Programmatic Advertising then I'd love an opportunity to discuss further, whether we establish that you're a fit, or if you know someone who could be.

They are looking for an experienced Programmatic Technical Account Strategist to help them continue to deliver better results for their clients while advising on how to increase spend effectively and upselling other products / solutions.

This person must be very technical and understand deeply how to optimise programmatic campaigns and improve programmatic campaigns success. Experience understanding and working with DSP's is critical. Previous experience in an AdTech Vendor / Media Agency or Digital Advertising is essential.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and end-to-end support to their programmatic demand partners, and become an strategic and consultative point of contact.

  • Help clients with PMP setup, troubleshooting, and prepare campaign reporting and analysis.

  • Create technical documents and FAQs to document new developments and best practices.

  • Strengthen key agency partnerships by providing solution focused proposals based on agency and advertiser goals.

  • First point of contact for tech resolution - effectively manage up strategy conversation within teams.

  • Educate Agencies on their varied technology across channels & devices.

  • Optimize accounts and improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
