As a Programmatic AV manager, you will be expected to oversee the delivery and performance of campaigns whilst supporting the team with achieving goals set. You will be someone who can think on their feet and understands what needs to be done to create success across programmatic campaigns. You will guide your team and acknowledge when training is required, be able to give constructive feedback and help junior members to expand their programmatic knowledge.
Your background will be within the Video or Audio programmatic space with extensive knowledge of using platforms for buying digital campaigns. You must be someone confident with statistics and digital media metrics due to the volume of data involved. They're open on whether you're from agency or publisher side as long as you have experience with one or more DSPs and have a solid background with programmatic campaigns.
They're wanting someone who has an appetite to learn as technology is forever changing. You must have a passion for digital and have the hunger to hit the ground running. A positive mentality and a keen eye are essential.
- 2 years digital media experience with programmatic campaigns
- Solid experience with one or more DSPs (DV360 & The Trade Desk are preferred)
- Confident with statistics
- Experience managing a team
