The role is all about moving away from the day-to-day trading and getting involved in the roll out of new initiatives, idea sharing and creating collaboration. It also sits firmly at the centre of innovation, looking at new developments, solutions and products their clients can get involved in.
It still comes with the management opportunity, helping guide the team and set an example of how to lead internal, external and partner relationships. Having a working knowledge of trading is important, especially as you'll look to integrate new solutions that align and improve the old.
