Programmatic Technical Director
Location - London
Salary - up to £65,000

They are currently looking for a senior programmatic person to join the team and take ownership of their programmatic offering. This position will be a key hire in terms of cementing their programmatic strategy, choosing their DSP/SSP and adtech partners and they are in real need for someone with an in depth understanding of the industry, its trends and how can they stay ahead of the curve for programmatic in the years to come.
As this role is at a Startup it will require someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and get their hands dirty, ensuring campaigns are being set up correctly and be involved in many things with the business outside of the job title. Strong experience either agency side or at an Adtech business/publisher working in programmatic
In-depth understanding of the programmatic industry, its trends and which emerging players could make great partners
Strong experience working in multiple DSPs, developing trading strategies and ensuring campaigns are being run to their fullest potential
Commercial mindset, as this role is at a startup any opportunity to increase ROI or develop new revenue streams will be highly beneficial
Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
