Programmatic Technical Operations Director
£75,000 + 30% bonus
Working with a major news and lifestyle brand with best-in-class set up to identify and hire a Programmatic Tech Ops Director. This person will be responsible for the tech stack set up of my client’s programmatic operations. From over-seeing the integration of header-bidder technology and SSP partners integrated into the wrapper as well as other ad-tech partners such as viewability and brand safety partners.
The ideal candidate will have sound technical expertise and the ability to get into the weeds of the technical side of operations, working with the company CTO, internal and third-party dev teams as well as tech suppliers.
This person will be an expert in the following areas:
High-degree of understanding and tech skills at pre-bid, ad call integration etc
Advanced level knowledge of Google Ad Manager
Programmatic tech trends
A high-level of attention-to-detail
Programmatic and general digital advertising landscape awareness
The ability to technically trouble-shoot and optimise set ups to ensure maximise revenue flow and optimal yields being hit
This role requires a high-level of collaboration and internal stakeholder management. Whilst the role reports into the Global Director of Ad Operations, there are stakeholder lines into the CRO and Sales Director as this is a pivotal operational role within the company org chart.
