The Role

We are looking to hire a Trader to join its award-winning trading team. The successful candidate will be empowered to directly trade and execute programmatic media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of business. The Trader will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Sales, Client Services, Product, Analysis and R&D teams across APAC and beyond. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.

The Candidate

He/she must have minimum 2-years hands-on experience trading digital programmatic campaigns. He/she must also have a start-up mind-set, possess a can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

  • Campaign planning, management and reporting

  • Build client rapport and support the growth of local/regional opportunities

  • Buying / bidding across multiple DSPs and platforms

  • Internal and external client reporting

  • Portfolio management on all client related activities

  • Updated on all industry trends

  • Proactively arrange external meetings to amplify performance and insight message, and grow client relationship

  • Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Good knowledge of statistical models & concepts

  • Hands on experience with campaign optimisation in DV360, Xandr, TTD including full-funnel DR campaigns

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills are a must
