We are looking to hire a Trader to join its award-winning trading team. The successful candidate will be empowered to directly trade and execute programmatic media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of business. The Trader will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Sales, Client Services, Product, Analysis and R&D teams across APAC and beyond. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.
He/she must have minimum 2-years hands-on experience trading digital programmatic campaigns. He/she must also have a start-up mind-set, possess a can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm. Campaign planning, management and reporting
Build client rapport and support the growth of local/regional opportunities
Buying / bidding across multiple DSPs and platforms
Internal and external client reporting
Portfolio management on all client related activities
Updated on all industry trends
Proactively arrange external meetings to amplify performance and insight message, and grow client relationship
Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas
Proficient in Excel
Good knowledge of statistical models & concepts
Hands on experience with campaign optimisation in DV360, Xandr, TTD including full-funnel DR campaigns
Strong mathematical and analytical skills are a must
