Publisher Development Director


£80,000 + £32,000 bonus – Package of £112,000 + benefits

Hybrid working model – 1-2 days per week in London + international travel across Northern Europe.

This Ad Tech business has grown year on year, close to 200% in the last 6 months and continues to expand across Northern Europe.They’re hiring for a Publisher Development Director to help with this growth by developing their publisher sales efforts across Northern Europe.


Key markets include the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Netherlands.


The Role


·       Forge strategic publisher relationships, by building meaningful relationships with key decision makers.

·       Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting and qualifying and closing sales opportunities

·       Work in partnership with account management & the ad operations teams to ensure accounts are maintained correctly and further developed.

·       Be a strong representative of the business across Northern Europe.Covering UK, Ireland, Nordics, and the Netherlands and engage c-level contact.

·       Keep up to date with industry trends, competitions and products





·       Experience within digital ad technology and proven ability in sales and publisher development

·       AdTech background, and an interest in SSP, Ad Servers and Connected TV

·       Strong knowledge of the UK & Ireland markets, Nordics and Netherlands would be a nice to have

·       Sales hunter with strong negotiation skills and managing longer-term sales cycles

·       Keen to work for an international business with the willingness to travel across Northern Europe around 30% of the time.
