We are looking for a hands-on Regional Manager, Client Services APAC, which will be based in Hong Kong and will be leading a team responsible for the ANZ, SEA and North Asia markets (excluding China). This role consists of developing and leading a service team dedicated to fostering positive relationships with buyers and publishers helping them understand and use the Hivestack platform, and supporting them with their DOOH campaigns.


  • Fully own the client-facing relationship post-sale and ensure superior client service through premium implementation work, campaign management, technical support, relationship development, and account retention.

  • Build a customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

  • Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution, from account management and technical support perspectives

  • Maximizes client retention and responsible for the education of new offerings and solutions.

  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards specific to the region

  • Recruit, mentor and develop team members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Manage and prioritize multiple competing projects

  • When applicable, oversee campaigns managed service by managing the campaign launch process from start to finish, inclusive of client kick-off call, strategy recommendation, asset collection, optimization and delivery of performance reporting


  • End to end programmatic ad buying knowledge

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles at advertising technology-based businesses and 3+ years supervisory experience

  • Proven working experience with hiring, developing and mentoring client service staff

  • Customer service mentality

  • Excellent organizational skills and project tracking abilities; strong focus on results and attention to detail; the ability to work in a fast-paced, and energetic environment, yet able to maintain high-quality standards; project/task prioritization and schedule development.

  • Experience triaging technical and operational issues, and translating them into clear work requirements for the product development team.

  • Willingness to be a hands-on team member beyond tracking tasks and reporting status

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to collaboratively define, document, implement and refine business processes

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform development and operation

  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

  • Strong background and deep understanding of media agency buying practices and operations

  • Speak, read and write English and Mandarin fluently
