Sales Development Representative Manager - Global AdTech Leader

Location: Barcelona, Spain

A position has recently opened up for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative Manager to join one an AdTech business who are an industry leader in the Digital Advertising Ecosystem! If you have experience leading a high performing SDR team in a tech/adtech/martech business then this could be a great position for you.

The Company:

I'm partnered exclusively with a business at the forefront of Digital Advertising and they're looking for a new SDR Manager to help them manage their high performing SDR team and also discover and nurture new sales talent for the team.

  • They have been around for over 10 years, with over 2000 global employees, are experienced working with over 20,000 Advertisers, as well as being one of the biggest spenders on the open web.

  • They have accumulated first-in-class data on online shopper behaviour and understand online shopper's identities. They have this data for over 2 Billion users which is quite unbelievable. They can combine this with sophisticated AI to deliver complex targeting for brands advertising campaigns to deliver outstanding results. They would argue they have the best product in this space, which is hard to argue with on the face of it! Any brand engaged in online commerce, will want access to this shopper data

Based in their office in Barcelona this role will entail developing junior sales talent from an SDR position into an AE role as fast and effectively as possible, with full intention to then hire in again below and develop more sales talent for the team.

The team of SDRs based in Barcelona cover wider Europe and the UK meaning English is the predominant language for this position but the ability to speak any other European Languages is highly beneficial.

Who they are looking for: 

  • Strong experience in a tech sales role coaching and managing a team of salespeople to success

  • Ability to outline effective pipeline management and implement sales strategies for the team

  • Proven track record of over achieving revenue targets through managing a team of contributors

  • Strong empathetic ability and communication skills when managing a team

  • Full eligibility to work in Spain

  • Fluent in English (Other languages highly preferred)

  • Advertising Technology background highly preferred

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
