My client is an entertainment platform that has been bringing gamers all around the globe together for the past decade. They offer live streams across gaming, art, music and e-sports.

They're looking for a Sales Director to join their Singapore team in growing revenue through advertisers and media agencies. This role reports into the APAC Head of Sales who is also based here in Singapore.

You will have a crucial role in developing new relationships with senior individuals across the gaming and entertainment industries, with a focus on driving strong relationships with media agencies. You will also play an integral part in educating the local markets of my client's advertising solutions and offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Driving key relationships across direct clients and agencies

  • Represent the company at key industry events in Southeast Asia

  • Manage a team of sellers and work collaboratively to build and grow relationships within market

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and implement sales strategies and products across markets

  • Building and maintaining territory ad revenue and exceeding goals through creative and strategic selling

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital media & managing sales teams

  • A deep understanding of the digital media market across Singapore with experience of video

  • Strong & senior relationships in media buying agencies

  • Understanding of programmatic advertising

  • Experience presenting to large groups at agencies/clients/events

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • University degree
