The right sales leader has to be driven and purposeful to be a key part of my client's Asia founding team, help leverage great products, accelerate their expansion in the region and make an impact on the digital economy of Asia-Pacific.
Develop Go-To-Market strategy for South East Asia and execute on these ambitious goals
Establish, build and nurture relationships with C-levels and decision-makers in key South East Asia markets.
Create & manage a high performing sales cycle, providing relevant and customised solutions for target clients throughout the entire sales pursuit process.
Manage and understand the prospects decision-making process and organisational/stakeholder map.
Work with the Sales Development Representative team to develop and manage an accurate, qualified pipeline aligned to business goals and objectives for effective forecast management
Closing deals directly and overachieve your personal revenue target
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop relevant and distinct collateral articulating the solution and product to generate qualified marketing leads
Partner closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure a sustainable key account strategy with the potential for a high renewal rate.
You must have:
7~10 years of solid experience in sales, including 3~5 years in Enterprise SaaS sales.
Successful track record of hitting ambitious targets.
Entrepreneur mindset, Has enjoyed growing in both Startup and larger SaaS venture environments and is eager to accelerate our growth in the region.
Experience in selling to large B2B companies in South East Asia, direct experience in selling to clients in Indonesia would be an advantage.
Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities.
Proven ability to present to enterprise leadership and C-suite, display gravitas and successfully engage with C-suite executives.
Industry knowledge and expertise in Marketing Tech, SEO, e-commerce or marketplaces a clear plus.
