Sales Director – Programmatic
Salary - £100K (160k OTE)
My client help brands & agencies to deliver their programmatic offering. Sitting at the cutting edge of programmatic advertising, they use the latest tools & methods to deliver effective campaigns across all channels.
The Programmatic Sales Director will work across agencies and brands offering a wide range of opportunities such as App Installs on Mobile, Video (on a Viewable CPM and on CPCV), Footfall to store, DOOH, DAX, Native and Connected TV.
You will be responsible for generating new business that will contribute the top and bottom-line growth of the Company within the timeframes agreed upon to meet the financial objectives of the business.
Responsibilities
· Identify, cold call and generate meetings with new prospects that will lead to high conversion to sale with a cadence 2-4 major sales pitches per month with the Managing Director.
· Ensuring the integrity of the sales pipeline including forecasting on a 90 day rolling basis.
· Continuously provide market feedback that will help develop the company offers to meet the needs of prospective clients.
· Networking & Entertainment – identify, organize and attend a number of networking and entertainment events throughout the year and manage follow up with prospective clients through the sales pipeline process.
· Build relevant collateral, tell client story and support client pitches
· Work with a diverse range of clients, building relationships with key personnel to understand their needs and help them realise the translation of these requirements to the programmatic space.
· Help build and then maintain strong collateral pieces relevant to our agencies, and clients by liaising with product team members to understand proposition, product features and KPIs.
Experience
Experience selling complex media, programmatic and or data-tech solutions to SME and large corporations
Must be a “team” player to engage and direct resources to ensure a successful conclusion
