This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director who is currently looking to level-up their career growth. The right candidate will eventually step up as a Country Manager within the ANZ market.
My client is one of the top-tier clients within the mobile ad-tech start-up, bringing the world’s most premium mobile ad placements to their clients, delivering full screen, innovative and brand-safe advertising.
What you’ll be doing
Selling to Tier 1 Independent media/digital agencies and Advertisers in Australia and New Zealand.
Develop new sales and customer acquisition strategies to diversify and expand the client base.
Pipeline management of 360 sales; from business development to closing.
Co-developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth
Educate Advertisers. Understand their requirements to ensure their needs are met.
Establish transparent and regular communication with prospects and clients to ensure their needs are met and projects are delivered.
Coordinate internally with account management teams to ensure the best in class publishing and creative solutions for our clients.
Collaborating with and coordinating with diverse teams (sales, account management, publishing, etc) on pitches, presentations and proposals.
You must have
Minimum 8 years of work experience, which includes a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling digital solutions (experience at a digital ad agency, in the direct sales team of publisher, or digital marketer of global brands would be a plus)
Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
Confident listener, communicator and presenter whilst staying humble
Committed to over-deliver on clients’ expectations and earning their trust
Personable, outgoing character to build relationships with media agencies
Persistent, resilient and proactive to forge long term relationships
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in English, both verbal and written (Business-level)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative manner based on shared trust and respect
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills a must
BA/BS degree
