This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director who is currently looking to level-up their career growth. The right candidate will eventually step up as a Country Manager within the ANZ market.

My client is one of the top-tier clients within the mobile ad-tech start-up, bringing the world’s most premium mobile ad placements to their clients, delivering full screen, innovative and brand-safe advertising.

What you’ll be doing

  • Selling to Tier 1 Independent media/digital agencies and Advertisers in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop new sales and customer acquisition strategies to diversify and expand the client base.

  • Pipeline management of 360 sales; from business development to closing.

  • Co-developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth

  • Educate Advertisers. Understand their requirements to ensure their needs are met.

  • Establish transparent and regular communication with prospects and clients to ensure their needs are met and projects are delivered.

  • Coordinate internally with account management teams to ensure the best in class publishing and creative solutions for our clients.

  • Collaborating with and coordinating with diverse teams (sales, account management, publishing, etc) on pitches, presentations and proposals.

You must have

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, which includes a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling digital solutions (experience at a digital ad agency, in the direct sales team of publisher, or digital marketer of global brands would be a plus)

  • Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape

  • Confident listener, communicator and presenter whilst staying humble

  • Committed to over-deliver on clients’ expectations and earning their trust

  • Personable, outgoing character to build relationships with media agencies

  • Persistent, resilient and proactive to forge long term relationships

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written (Business-level)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative manner based on shared trust and respect

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills a must

  • BA/BS degree
