​This is the perfect opportunity for all the sales people out there who want to be part of a first in market contemporary, funky media company. You'll be looking after revenue from both the programmatic channel, as well as the branded content side of things.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Partnerships - you will focus on Singapore, with pockets of Southeast Asia in managing both client and agency relationships to build the brand and capabilities in the SEA markets and seek new opportunities for revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating leads for new business

  • Maximising existing client retention across digital, print and branded content

  • Key focus on government, tourism, airlines and such clients around the region

  • Developing creative integrated cross-platform ideations to meet clients' marketing and brand objectives

  • Proactively expanding a structured account list, pitching new businesses and responding to inbound leads

  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationship with advertising agencies and clients

  • Working alongside Client Servicing team, ensuring objectives are met on event campaigns and broadcast sponsorships

  • Planning revenue and budget forecasts and generating reports

  • Detailed account management duties including:

    • Forecasting

    • Strategic Account Planning

    • CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

    • Project Management

Requirements:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of media sales experience managing Singapore & SEA markets

  • Senior level relationships with Singapore & SEA media agencies and direct clients

  • Thorough understanding of digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experiential

  • Proven experience with digital sales and branded content sales for regional clients

  • Ability to conceptualise and deliver creative solutions with a focus on storytelling for multiple screens

  • Self-motivated and energetic in taking ownership of client projects

  • Good understanding of the advertiser budgeting and pitch cycle. Well versed with the creative pitching process

  • Deep understanding of creative concepts and measurements metrics for branded content and sponsorships
