Sales Director - AdTech

Here's a senior commercial opportunity for a sales specialist with strong (senior) networks across all key Media Agency groups and a very strong understanding of the contemporary digital media ecosystem.

We're working exclusively with a business at the forefront of Digital Advertising and they're looking for a new Sales Director to help them build further on their new strategic approach to Marketing Agencies.

  • Currently in a transition period, with anticipated hyper-growth across.

Leading this agency sales team, while rolling up your sleeves and making high level conversations happen that can drive revenue for the business across agency groups is the task in hand, with experience in all the core areas of digital advertising: display, video, programmatic absolutely required.


  • Develop sales agency strategy in the UK territory to deliver critical revenue growth.

  • Recruit / manage the Agency Sales and AM teams.

  • Develop strategic and strong partnership with agencies at senior (top) management / board levels

  • Directly contributing to revenue targets leveraging your network and industry knowledge (Agency & Advertisers)

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Account management, Technical Solutions, Creatives and Product) to support the sales efforts

  • Identify and understand trends within industries to help generate further new business

Who are you?

  • Previous successful experience developing & managing a sales team in digital media/advertising/programmatic.

  • Very strong understanding of online AdTech ecosystem

  • Fluent in and able to discuss in omnichannel marketing strategies, the digital ecosystem and ecommerce

  • Existing strong relationship with media agencies and advertisers in the UK

  • Very client facing

  • Reputable track record of driving new business, able to open doors across clients at all levels

  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade in a complex and constantly evolving and changing environment
