Sales Director - eCommerce Solution

Advertising Technology Brand | Salary competitive with market rates (Circa £70-80K + strong commission).

Please note: Experience selling a similar E-comms advertising product with existing relationships with online retailers is crucial to successful applicants!

The opportunity:

I'm partnered with a dynamic global AdTech business who are looking for an ambitious Sales Director for a crucial, exciting and challenging eCommerce focused sales role.

The Company/Role:

  • They've been around for over 10 years, with over 2000 global employees, are experienced working with over 20,000+ Advertisers, as well as being one of the biggest spenders on the open web. They are an online advertising success story who are continually growing and innovating.

  • They're now going through a period of transformation and have also heavily invested in product innovation to provide omnichannel marketing/advertising solutions for their clients.

  • This role is an Individual Contributor role selling brand-sponsored advertising to retailers. The solution is a complex and effective means of increasing their ecommerce revenue through ad revenue. As more and more 'shopping' converts to the online world, and ecommerce is growing, this product helps online retailers further monetise their websites and increase their revenue streams further.

Day to day Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain a realistic and accurate pipeline of relevant clients

  • Understand clients market(s), products/brands, customers, competitors

  • Build strategic analysis of client objectives, strategy and channels

  • Map out client's internal structures, identify key stakeholders and develop outreach strategy

  • Build trust and work as a partner driving continuous growth for clients

  • Work effectively with other internal teams Product, Operations, and Customer Success to drive value

  • Forecast opportunities for client and your own development

  • Hit revenue targets
