$150,000 - $160,000 USD per year base salary + $150,000 - $160,000 USD commission + stock – (Please note this is an Individual Contributor role)
My clientis a global leader in eSports and Gaming content with assets that span across their owned and operated website, hundreds of YouTube Channels, a portfolio of Influencers, Social Media Video, Content Creation, Brand Partnerships, Experiential Activations and Sponsorship. My client is looking for versatile salespeople with great understanding of digital media including video, programmatic, branded content, sponsorship and experiential. The LA Sales Director should have an active network of contacts at media agencies and various brands at marketing decision makers at brands. Sales Director profile:
We are seeking a proactive hunter salesperson to help scale our client's business which is gaining excellent momentum in North America and is seen as a hyper growth business. My client is looking for well connected, consultative and cerebral salespeople to join our business and help drive conversations with decision makers who hold marketing and media budgets. We’re looking for media sales professionals who can activate their media agency networks, building long-term relationships and evangelising about our client’s offering to agencies and clients with the aim of securing RFPs and building meaningful long-term trading relationships with the Top 6 ad agency networks. The sell is really exciting and flexible ranging from branded content partnerships, experiential, influencer campaigns, social video and more.
Black book of client contacts in Media Agencies and Brand Advertisers - demonstrable networking within major local advertising & media agencies on the west coast
Experience working at a reputable publisher or ad-tech business with great first-hand knowledge of the US and particular the West Coast digital advertising industry
Excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem from video, native ads, social, influencer, programmatic and partnerships
Strong ability to prospect, source proactive leads, drive and influence conversations with media agencies and marketing decision makers at brands, selling, monitoring, negotiation, closing and reporting skills.
