Sales Manager – Programmatic Media Partner

My client is a Programmatic Media Partner looking to hire a Sales Manager to manage the sales and growth of revenue within a portfolio of large and Independent Agencies division. The perfect candidate will have a flair in their sales & presentation skills, is well connected within the AdTech space and is able to grow long lasting relationships selling to media agencies and clients.

The Role

Identify and build relationships with decision makers within a range of large and independent media agencies
Able to actively scan the horizon and identify opportunities, key accounts, and gaps in the market
Easily distinguish between the least and most promising leads and focus efforts accordingly
Manage upwards, keep senior stakeholders up-to-date, and keep all parties in the know
Work closely with colleagues across client services, trading, analytics and Product teams to ensure clients goals are met
Broad knowledge of competitor offerings in addition to internal offerings and can position us based on that
Able to differentiate our product from the market; shows our value in an easy-to-understand manner
Consistently articulate product position strategies and key selling messages

You

Minimum 3 years of digital ad sales experience with preference for programmatic
Understanding of the programmatic/advertising industry and the ability to convey that knowledge to others
Ability to take abstract ideas and translate into actionable solutions
Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
You have a range of existing relationships with a variety of agencies and direct clients
You have a high degree of self-motivation and drive to succeed as part of a team.
Eagerness to work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.
Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
