Sales Manager – Programmatic Media Partner

My client is a Programmatic Media Partner looking to hire a Sales Manager to manage the sales and growth of revenue within a portfolio of large and Independent Agencies division. The perfect candidate will have a flair in their sales & presentation skills, is well connected within the AdTech space and is able to grow long lasting relationships selling to media agencies and clients.

The Role

  • Identify and build relationships with decision makers within a range of large and independent media agencies

  • Able to actively scan the horizon and identify opportunities, key accounts, and gaps in the market

  • Easily distinguish between the least and most promising leads and focus efforts accordingly

  • Manage upwards, keep senior stakeholders up-to-date, and keep all parties in the know

  • Work closely with colleagues across client services, trading, analytics and Product teams to ensure clients goals are met

  • Broad knowledge of competitor offerings in addition to internal offerings and can position us based on that

  • Able to differentiate our product from the market; shows our value in an easy-to-understand manner

  • Consistently articulate product position strategies and key selling messages

You

  • Minimum 3 years of digital ad sales experience with preference for programmatic

  • Understanding of the programmatic/advertising industry and the ability to convey that knowledge to others

  • Ability to take abstract ideas and translate into actionable solutions

  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion

  • You have a range of existing relationships with a variety of agencies and direct clients

  • You have a high degree of self-motivation and drive to succeed as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.

  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
