Sales Manager - AdTech Platform:
I'm working with an extremely sophisticated AdTech business who are looking for talented salespeople to target the Nordics Market. You can be based in Sweden or Denmark.
They're an AI/machine learning technology which helps brands & agencies advertise effectively & safely across the social media 'walled gardens' (TikTok, Instagram/Facebook & YouTube).
They are able to scan in-feed content and score the brand safety of that content and the 'brand suitability' (i.e. how suitable and successful that content might be alongside specific verticals/brands) by using an intuitive AI continuous improvement process built around real human cognition based understanding of content. They way they can do this is through a clever process built by leading Data Architects and Data Scientists!
They use an understanding of 'real' industry standards and key brand objectives/concerns to inform how their AI reacts to and interprets content, ensuring that all content advertised alongside is relevant, brand safe and aligned to brands' advertising goals.
They are fully programmatic and can serve ads across these platforms in real time both safely, while also driving campaign performance objectives. They are the only TikTok official partner for brand suitability and they've got official relationships with YouTube, Facebook & Instagram too.
A product like this is perfect in the current market where brand safety is of the utmost concern when advertising (particularly across social channels) and they're not concerned about a 'cookie less' future as they're using human cognition to help their AI analyse context and intent rather than relying on audience data to drive positive outcomes for advertisers.
Who do they want?
Ideally looking for a sales manager with experience in AdTech & programmatic (minimum 2-3 years). You'll have a network across media agencies and experience selling digital and or Adtech solutions to relevant teams in agencies. They will also look at someone in a media agency looking to transition into a sales role.
You must be able to manage a sales pipeline and have a desire and ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth. You'll be able to build relationships clients / understand their advertisers KPI's, while being able to evangelise the business and their USP's to get clients/prospects to buy into the advantages of the product.
They're willing to pay €80-90K (OTE) for a seller that wants to work for a thought leading business in the AdTech realm. If interested in learning more apply here! There will be some flexibility for someone more experienced provided they have a strong agency network!
