This business is a small but established performance marketing agency that allows its clients (Uber, Sony, VW...) to target both mobile & desktop users, offering more consistency and reach across all major verticals, which results in an increase in leads/customers.
As this business has seen a rapid increase in spending over the past few weeks, they are continuing their hiring that was initially put on hold pre-COVID.
Working alongside the Commercial Director, and helping mentor more junior members of the team, you'll be focussed on building & retaining relationships with agencies & brands across the UK to educate them on the new era of growth marketing. You will be playing an integral part of building the UK team.

Based near Oxford Street, they have a three-story office space & courtyard (great for summer BBQ's) - although you'll have complete autonomy on how often you work from home or the office. Last year this company traveled to the South of France for their yearly holiday and attended lots of industry events across Europe. The co-founder is still involved in day-to-day operations and is well respected (and more importantly, liked) by people in the industry.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in selling advertising/marketing solutions (digital is a must)
- Basic knowledge of performance/growth marketing or lead generation
- Experience working with/selling too media agencies &/or brands
