The Role

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to join its growing APAC team. You will be expected to utilize existing business relationships, as well as develop new ones across media agencies & direct clients.

The Candidate

You must have hands-on experience in digital, video sales experience, programmatic, or in media agency. You will have a solid understanding of online video, programmatic video marketplace and have enthusiasm for the video space and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration with your clients.


  • Develop a solid revenue stream from leading media agencies and direct clients and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Deliver ongoing management and development of client relationships to ensure ongoing business including Managed Service and Programmatic bookings running in Singapore

  • You’ll be a source of knowledge and inspiration to agency partners – pushing the boundaries of cross screen programmatic and managed service video.

  • Thinking strategically about opportunities for revenue growth

  • Work towards (and pushing to exceed) significant targets in both IO and Programmatic spend

  • Communicate complex, creative solutions to agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the space effectively in an accessible way


  • An established network of Singapore based media agency and client decision-makers

  • A track record of prospecting for new business and converting this into revenue

  • Demonstrated ability to use and work within sales platforms, e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc

  • An understanding of the Programmatic landscape - including contacts at the major DSP’s and experience of selling an SSP.

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated experience generating leads and closing new business

  • Presentation Skills; creating and presenting own sales pitches and presentations

  • Experience generating revenue against personal and group targets (and love smashing them!)

  • Solid knowledge of the “cookieless” future and it’s impact to the digital landscape
