The Media Owner landscape has changed dramatically... the way we watch, engage and view everything on demand has forced traditional content and viewership into a completely different world.

My client has transitioned from Traditional TV to Online and recently launched an on-demand service that is taking Australia by storm. Having licensing deals with biggest sporting competitions across the globe and here in Australia to provide an incredible customer experience.




As they look to build a "best in class" Marketing and Media team internally, they are looking for a Search Specialist to take full responsibility for Paid Media across Google, Bingads, Youtube and other smaller platforms such as Apple Search Ads.


You will work with internal stakeholders across Data & Analytics, Product, Editorial and Marketing to build efficiency, creative and take ownership of the department. 

The role will Include

  • Day to day implementation, trafficking, optimisation of campaigns across all Paid Media.

  • Implement paid search campaigns based that engage viewers to watch premium events based on Location, Interests and Data provided by other departments.

  • Ensure that the campaigns are activated on time, with the right budget and copies

  • Keep track of budget pacing and optimise budget and bids towards CPA targets.

  • Address all campaigns issues in a timely manner, such as disapproved ads, landing pages issues and anything affecting the campaigns’ activity.

  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.

  • Reporting to the Paid Search Manager you will be given ownership, support and progression to help build a rapidly expanding business. 




  • 2-4 years building Adwords campaigns through search technologies such as Google, Bingads, Apple and ideal Adobe Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience in the digital subscriptions industry is preferred, not necessary.

  • Proficient at tracking, optimising and reporting of search Campaigns.

  • An ability to analyse, separate and report campaign data back to the clients directly.

  • Strong communicative skills that will serve you well when working internally to improve efficiencies across the Media and Marketing teams.

  • Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to add to the incredible working atmosphere.
