We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a fast growing global content platform business powered by AI. They are the largest content creation platform in China. This company has offices New York, London, Singapore and Beijing.



The role



Collaborating on the day to day relationships with clients to ensure that you exceed their expectations.

Supporting client business reviews and communicate campaign optimisations, as well as analyze advertising campaign metrics to make sure client goals are reached.

Partner closely with the sales team to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is timely and efficiently accomplished with an optimal setup.

Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.

Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.

Support and work with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch.



Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing - agency experience is a big plus.

Experience managing branding advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.

Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.

Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills

Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus.
