The purpose of this business is to compete with the likes of Facebook & Google (similar audience numbers) and allow advertisers a unique offering across multiple platforms.

The Role

Sitting between the Operations & Sales teams, you will learn the product inside & out, then develop & nurture relationships across a specific patch of agencies.

You'll be acting as the main day-to-day contact for our clients once campaigns have been booked, providing the highest possible standard in terms of customer service.

  • Deliver exceptional and industry-leading customer service in line with the business SLA's
  • Work closely with the sales team and operations teams

What experience will you need

  • Experience in Account Management at either a publisher or adtech vendor
  • Experience working with media agencies or advertisers
  • The ability to be both highly creative and highly analytical at once
  • Confident, knowledgable and engaging presenting
  • Passion to drive the industry forward
