We are currently hiring for a Senior Account Manager for a household known, AdTech platform.

 

They work within the entertainment and media space and this Senior Account Manager will be looking after their number one client.

 

You will work on their AdTech product that delivers video ad solutions to their clients.

 

The Role

 

Use your account management skills and knowledge of ad tech products to look after 1 or more of their key clients.You will be tasked with maximizing revenue and platform usage from these clients.

 

·       Create a contact strategy and build new relationships within your key account.Quickly become their main point of contact and building trust with key partners

·       Develop a client engagement strategy including regular meetings.

·       Empowering and helping junior team members

·       Partner closely with internal product teams to support the product team on new feature requests

·       Become an expert in training and identifying client needs.Creating training materials

·       Understand and support your clients long term media and data strategies within the platform

 

Experience required

 

·       Extensive experience as a Account Manager within a video or AdTech vendor.If you have any experience within premium video or TV this would be an advantage but not essential.

·       Proven experience growing an account within AdTech, experience of upselling an AdTech product.

·       Experience working with data management

·       Will consider candidates from all over the ecosystem – Agency, Tech or Media Owner

·       Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong coordination skills

·       Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize tasks
