We are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join its award-winning trading team. The successful candidate will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Sales, Trading, Analysis, Product, L&D and Marketing; not only within SEA but across their Global footprint. You will be responsible for the account management and growth of their existing business, keeping their clients happy, and ensuring that revenue streams remain strong with diversifying. The individual will directly report to the Head of Client Development SEA, benefitting from being part of an experienced and well-established Account Management team located in Singapore.
He/she must have minimum 4-years account management experience in digital media, preferably with agency experience under their belt (or similar). He/she must also have a start-up mind-set, possess a can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm. Proactively connect multiple data points to drive solutions for clients
Work with Trading & Analysis to identify insight-driven takeaways to drive incrementality through unlocking opportunities rooted in learnings / recommendations
Produce and maintain Account Plans designed to monitor account growth and identify & plan for growth opportunities within key SEA accounts
Collaborate with Sales team to lead QBR planning & production for key accounts in SEA
Support Operations lead with weekly insight on evolving growth expectations for top accounts
Leverages data to identify strategy for clients to share and build our client's brand
Able to adjust team or patch focus and priorities based on new information while holding the bigger picture
Create new ideas or solutions for clients ensuring we retain and improve client
A minimum of 4 years experience in a Media Planning/Strategy/Client Services/Sales Support/Ad-Ops background role
Client facing experience in Digital Media
Experience working with media agencies and brands.
Knowledge of programmatic trading concepts and technology
Ability to communicate technical concepts.
