Our client is a leading programmatic, data and ad-tech unit of a new world agency group. They are looking for a Programmatic Senior Associate (Addressable Activation) to join their growing Singapore team. You would join a large team of specialists and gain the opportunity to learn across a wide range of digital channels, outside of your own specialism.


They’re looking for a programmatic expert who has a proven track record of delivering best in class executional and operations excellence. This role has a large remit servicing multiple markets within APAC executed from the Singapore programmatic hub. As a key stakeholder, you are responsible for the planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Successful development, implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns

  • Support Manager by engaging with the agencies to deliver and communicate strategic addressable solutions based on clients objectives and briefs

  • Manage daily client requests, and build relationships and service with agency partners

  • Create media plans that deliver on client’s objectives by harvesting actionable insights, and use learnings to propose recommendations or innovative test and learn opportunities

  • Support in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audiencebased programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations

  • Manage campaign set up and QA within platform and work with partners to create bespoke PMP deals where required and troubleshoot and execute accordingly

  • Ensure that campaign set ups adheres to best practices, and follows the right naming conventions, brand safety standards and client requirements

  • Take ownership and accountability for overall campaign performance

  • Conduct daily monitoring of campaign; performance, pacing and discrepancies ensuring information is clearly communicated to the client and internal team members through regular established reports at key milestones.

  • Identify potential performance issues and address as necessary with clear action points to ensure on-time delivery and campaign targets are achieved.

  • Responsible for delivering timely and accurate campaign reports with key insights and actionable optimization recommendations made.

  • Responsible for accurate billing and timely reconciliation across your clients in line with our finance process


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with digital media planning and campaign execution/set up and optimization, preferable in addressable/biddable; if not digital media

  • Good level of understanding of programmatic capability across the digital ecosystem

  • Hands on experience in DV360 or The Trade Desk preferred

  • Effective communication with clients and colleagues with an ability to communicate and present programmatic strategy and solutions with ease and confidence.

  • Interpersonal and people management skills both internally and with client.

  • Detailed oriented, with excel skills, data visualisation, charting and analysis.

  • Team Player, able to contribute and work collectively as part of a larger team

  • Ability to work as an individual as part of a broader team of programmatic experts.

  • Professionalism; accountable, dependable with a commitment to quality.
