Our client is a digital media solutions agency that offers world-class digital media execution, cutting edge content creation and engagement strategies.

They are searching for a sharp and articulate Senior Campaign Manager. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and analysing all aspects of digital media campaigns across social, display, mobile, video, and programmatic channels among others, and be able to provide effective, performance-focused recommendations and insights for clients as part of post campaign wrap-up and reporting. The role will also involve strategic and planning support to the sales and account management teams for various client proposals and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create digital content and optimise user experience

  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Working closely with the Sales & Marketing and Ad Ops team to ensure consistency of message

You have…

  • At least 3 years’ digital campaign management experience, preferably at an agency or adtech firm.

  • An expert Excel skills level (strong knowledge V-lookup, pivot tables, and other time-saving formulas).

  • Familiar with Google Analytics, link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, and online attribution concepts

  • Extensive experience with digital media buying platforms (Google DV360/GDN, Facebook, Appnexus, Taboola, etc)
