​Great opportunity to be in the hot travel space! My client is a DSP that connects over 200 leading travel advertisers to understand costumer journey and behaviour.

As the Senior Client Services Manager, you will drive adoption of the company's solutions by existing and new clients through data-drivem customer consultation. You will be working closely alongside Sales, Business Development, Ad Operations, Modeling, Analytics and Products, to ensure client support and business growth.

The Senior Client Services Manager will drive overall customer satisfaction and maintain existing partnerships through an intimate understanding of the clients' needs and business goals.


  • Take the lead in engaging client on the implementation and adoption of data products and solutions

  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis to understand the strategy, goals and objectives for the partnership

  • Meet regularly with clients to review and ensure campaign goals are being met

  • Work with Solutions Engineering team to ensure timely integration of the platform and ensure data solutions are exceeding performance objectives

  • Cross-sell and upsell

  • Project manage cross functional teams to implement plans for campaign success

  • Analyse campaign results, market insights, and trends

  • Team up with Analytics to develop relevant and valued intelligence and post-campaign review

  • Overcome and negotiate objections


  • 4 to 7 years' experience in professional client relationship management

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and underlying technology

  • Experience with programmatic/RTB, ad servers, rich media vendors and web debugging

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skillset

  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel (must) & PPT

  • Ability to build relationships and work cross functionally, including executives, to champion client needs

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated to take initiatives to drive results with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently

Preferred skills

  • Direct platform, ad trafficking, previous campaign management background a plus

  • Experience with CRM software, SFDC, JIRA

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Experience with BI tools e.g. Sisense, Tableau, Looker
