My client is seeking a creative leader who is going to be front and centre of ideation, pitches and creativity when it comes to responding to RFPs.
My client has a very unique proposition in the wellness space – it’s a platform for wellness, creativity and self-expression designed to create positive engagement and conversation with Gen Z and Millennial audiences and make them feel empowered through various content strands and initiatives.
As Creative leader in the business, the role has the following personal requirements:
10 + years experience working at a creative agency, media owner or publisher
A creative visionary who is plugged into the latest Gen Z youth-trends and subcultures to power their creative thinking
A deep understanding of how youth brands can add value to Gen Z and Millennial audiences
Extensive knowledge of the likes of TikTok, Instagram, Snap, YouTube and Influencers and the trends and creativity that these touch points bring
Cutting-edge best in class in thinking when it comes to creative ideation and delivering creative concepts brands wish to a part of
Passionate or at least showing an interest in wellness and mental health
Having the leadership, technical skills and expertise to lead and mentor a multi-disciplined creative and delivery team
Championing creativity based on solid-gold audience insights and underpinning ideas through a data-driven approach
Collaborative in spirit, able to take people on the journey with you
Help lead the creation compelling visually exciting pitch documentation crystalising the creative concepts for brands
Internal and external gravitas – team management experience is mandatory
