An opportunity has arisen to join one of the most exciting travel startups in the region. These guys are expanding their business offering beyond just media, and into the data space as well!
Their ideal Senior Customer Success Manager is an outgoing professional who will be able to engage their clients, whether through an agency or direct, in discussions about how to get the most out of their budget spend, as well as getting them to see the company's value proposition. Unlike a conventional client servicing role, this one will require you to be out in the field, out of the office, most of the day.
You will also be compensated for your commercial drive and initiative through their awesome commission scheme, which is highly sales-driven (and looks a lot like a sales commission structure!)

Your day to day will look something like this:
Be involved with the implementation and adoption new products and solutions rollout
Work alongside client’s key stakeholders to understand the client’s strategy, goals and objectives for the partnership
Hold regular clients' business reviews and ensure goals are being met for both parties
Work with Solutions Engineering team to ensure timely platform integration
Build relationships with client teams to promote the expansion of business beyond the initial scope of work
Project manage cross functional teams to implement plans for campaign success
Work with the Analytics team to develop relevant and valued intelligence including custom post-campaign review
Monitor campaign performance and delivery to exceed defined KPIs
