So what's the situation?
Growth, pure play client growth. From spend to people, you'll work on a brand that's growing internally but also via the agency.
New emphasis on doing Social better, but not only that, they are continually looking to advance in digital, with added resource coming in all shapes and sizes across other channels including Display, Programmatic & Search.
Partnerships, and building them for better creativity & engagement. Great thing about this, is that you'll work with a sister agency, making the collaboration of media & creative, effective.
The roles a blend of supporting the team on creating new solutions via planning, but also execution across the main social channels including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Snap.
What's the ideal background?
Experience in Paid Social,it's a given, and the number 1 need.
Platform experience across Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube, Google & Instagram (Added bonus for experience across Snap, LinkedIn & Pinterest)
Analytical, data orientated but with an eye for an idea.
Ability to use insights & data and convert them into creative plans.
Experience in creating media plans yourself (with a little support).
