Senior Manager, Account Management DACH – AdTech
€85,000 - €95,000 + 15% bonus
My client is a global AdTech business who are hiring for a Senior Manager for the Account Management team in either Dusseldorf or Hamburg. This person will be responsible for all aspects of existing accounts and relationships.
You will lead and manage a team of account managers who are in charge of campaign set up, implementation, launch, reporting and billing. This team works closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Finance teams
The team you lead, is responsible for educating their key clients on all aspects of their product suite.
Managing the day-to-day Agency and/or Network partner relationships of assigned accounts.
Managing a team of Account Managers covering the DACH region
Overseeing an assigned portfolio of clients as well as looking for opportunities to up-sell on existing clients.
Ensure best practises internally for you team
Scheduling kick-off and update calls with clients and internal teams to keep on top of campaign deliverables
Lead the team and manage the progression of the Account Managers in your team.
Other responsibilities may be required such as attending offsite meetings, conferences or industry events, etc. as necessary.
Special projects as identified by management
Extensive experience working within digital advertising.
Great experience in either sales or account management with a deep knowledge of the online advertising industry
Experience leading or managing a team of account management
Ideally experience working within one or more of the following - advertising agency, publisher, ad network or demand side platform.
Experience with Ad Serving technology
