What does the role involve?
Customer advocacy is a newly created division within the marketing team and this is an opportunity to lead program development, strategy & execution of marketing campaigns off the back of client success stories. More formally you'll be involved in the following:
Working in partnership with the Customer Success teams to gain the raw data and information on client journeys.
Build & create compelling stories that showcase the calibre of technology they have to offer.
Lean on content, PR, website and demand generation marketers to execute said stories.
Work closely with CMO to develop the program, strategy & customer advocacy division within the team.
Experience working with G2, Trustradius and Gartner are all highly desired.
