We have partnered with a data SaaS platform who are one of a kind. It is not often you'll see a business with a selection of products that are so unique and have so many benefits. They've spent the last few years scaling up their technology, to help SMB's & Enterprise business truly understand their data and convert them into real life, actionable insights.

These insights have had huge impacts on brands, and they work with High-street names and start-up's changing the world, but they all have one thing in common, they cannot live without their solution, now they've seen what it can do.

So, what are we looking for? A seasoned field marketing expert who's passion for creating engaging events and webinars, drives lead generation and the nurturing of existing prospects.

What skills does the right person have?

  • Someone who can think big. You're a creative thinker, you are always looking to try new formats and approaches to events, but with that you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • You can balance the scales of managing in-person & virtual (online & interactive) events. Webinars and virtual events have increased significantly over the past 12 months, which has created a new stream of ideation and engagement.

  • The strategic skills to integrate events into a wider field-marketing plan and go-to-market strategy to influence the buying cycle & sales pipeline.

  • ATD - Attention to detail of the highest calibre to ensure no detail is left unattended to create free-flowing, seamless and impactful events.

  • Experience is conceptualising & creating events in the B2B sector.

What does the job truly entail?

  • Creating & defining the Event focused field marketing strategy, whilst partnering with the wider marketing team (made up of nearly 30 employees).

  • Defining the in-person & virtual event types & calendar (inc. Virtual & F2F trade shows, webinars, field events & meetup's)

  • Managing pre-event, during-event & post-event campaign executions.

  • Evaluation & optimisation of event & campaign performance to a/b test execution methods to further ideate new concepts and event types.

  • Finally, fundamental ownership of key events for the business, being a strategic & thought leader internally to drive business & team growth and expansion.
