For this exciting and unique role we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced performance media operator with a passion for paid search, social and/or programmatic. You love the challenge of interpreting audience signals and know how use data to reach your target audience. You’re a stickler for best practice, you approach your daily activity strategically, you’re a team player however, not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Reporting to the Head of Media, you will be responsible for maintaining performance excellence across our existing client group alongside a tight team of performance specialists. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hungry performance media professional.

  •  Manage day to day client performance, budget delivery and KPI tracking 

  • Assuring the continued evolution of best practice performance management 

  • Provision of strategic advice, acting as the client’s trusted advisor as leading the day to day client communication

  • Keep abreast of industry news within key client industries and media platforms

  • Account and campaign reporting


  • 1-2 years experience minimum

  • Confidently able to demonstrate the delivery of successful performance media outcomes

  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling budgets up to $10m

  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills

  • Working knowledge of paid search marketing practices and processes 

  • Working knowledge of social and organic search practices and processes 

  • Budding technical grasp on the tagging ecosystem and infrastructures 

  • Certified in Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Blueprint 

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio

  • You gear yourself up for Google Performance Honours every year

  • You are a confident verbal and written communicator

  • You’re a strategic, analytical and audience-first thinker

  • You don’t shy away from a client contact

  • You know how to manage up, sideways and down
