Reporting to the Head of Media, you will be responsible for maintaining performance excellence across our existing client group alongside a tight team of performance specialists. As a Senior Performance Manager, not only will you work closely with closely with the head of the department to contribute and implement best practice across the agency’s client base but also get involved with new business work as well as developing current opportunities.

Manage day to day client performance, budget delivery and KPI tracking
Assuring the continued evolution of best practice performance management
Provision of strategic advice, acting as the client’s trusted advisor
Lead day-to-day account management of client group
Keep abreast of industry news within key client industries and media platforms
Contribute to the growth of strategic accounts
3 - 5 years of experience within digital performance media such as paid search, social, display
Strong working knowledge of paid search marketing practices and processes
Working knowledge of social and organic search practices and processes
Strong technical grasp on the tagging ecosystem and infrastructures
Experience on the Google Marketing Platform particularly SA 360 and Google Analytics is preferred
Client facing experience is nice to have
Ability to manage workflow effectively both internally and with third parties
Attention to detail with good levels of accuracy, problem-solving skills
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, nimble agency environment
Able to follow instructions, be organised and work autonomously
Have a passion for ongoing learning
Work effectively in a team environment
