Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager reporting directly into the Head of Performance - a team lead and mentor for 1-3 people in an exciting and growth tech business.
Deliver and optimise campaigns to meet performance KPI’s and client expectations;
Develop, report and effectively communicate campaign insights and recommendations to clients;
Present both in-campaign, and post campaign results and analytics to clients;
Create and implement media strategies to meet campaign objectives and set ups in a timely manner;
Effectively identify and solve campaign issues and negative trends;
Provide online media and marketing expertise to all stakeholders;
Participate in developing pre-sale strategies; proposals and campaign estimates for new and existing business accounts;
Develop and respond to media briefs including channels, audiences and rates and campaign performance estimations;
Possess up-to-date knowledge of the industry, tech and the wider digital ecosystem;
Train, mentor, develop and coach team members and enjoy working collaboratively and developing colleagues;
Oversee your team’s campaign portfolio and ensure that standard levels are met in terms of performance, campaign spend, media strategy and quality;
Oversee your team’s media strategy and associated estimates used in new business proposals are accurate and competitive;
Ensure your team possess strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem and keeps up-to-date with latest innovations and trends;
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and autonomous programmatic media trader with strong communication and client-facing skills. They will run a portfolio of campaigns which are of high-value and strategic importance to the business. They may have a strong involvement in the strategic development of new business proposal.
ATTRIBUTES & ABILITIES
Relevant tertiary education/degree qualified or equivalent experience;
Minimum 3 + years' experience in digital/online marketing with 2 + years' experience in programmatic media across channels – Paid social experience is a plus;
Experience using multiple DSP's and strong knowledge of ad-serving;
A strong understanding of digital media buying principles, methodologies and the eco-system with strong analytical skills and complex campaign management;
Highly organised, proactive and dynamic with strong leadership and communication skills;
Ability to prioritise, consistently hit targets and multi-task;
Ability to work independently and as part of the project team to strict deadlines;
High attention to detail;
