​The programmatic trader will manage the delivery and optimization of the online ad campaigns. This person is responsible for setting up, optimizing and delivering the online ad campaigns, post campaign analysis and gather optimization learnings. The role requires comprehensive analytical skills and experience in online ad optimization.


    • Launching new campaigns and campaign revisions into the ad serving system

    • Testing, scheduling and trafficking online ad creatives (including rich media)

    • Ensuring ad product performance: calculating and monitoring effective value of individual campaigns to ensure they are optimized to the client’s and internal goals

    • Using creative thinking and data to make powerful decisions

    • Providing reports to internal teams and clients, using internal and third party sources as needed

    • Providing ad-related technical support to internal and external customers

    • Ensuring adherence to site tagging procedures and naming conventions as new content is added

    • Collaborating with internal teams to launch new and support existing product


    • 3-5 years experience with online display ad trafficking

    • Experience with excel (able to make pivot tables and graphs, able to write formulas)

    • Experience with DMP, SSP, 3rd party ad serving providers and Brand Safety measurement companies like Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, IAS, TTD

    • Knowledge of local markets and agencies

    • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities

    • Good knowledge of Excel

    • Understanding of inventory management principles

    • Good time management & prioritization skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

    • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide creative solutions
