The Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Trader to join its award-winning trading team. The successful candidate will be empowered to directly trade and execute programmatic media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of business. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across the whole South East Asia region & beyond, including China, Japan & India . As such, you would be involved in shaping the strategy for the whole of APAC from supply to data to commercial partnerships.

The Candidate

He/she must have minimum 4-years hands-on experience trading digital programmatic campaigns. He/she must also have a start-up mind-set, possess a can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

  • Campaign planning, management and reporting

  • Build client rapport and support the growth of local/regional opportunities

  • Buying / bidding across multiple DSPs and platforms

  • Maintain and evolve SEA trading/operational processes and best practices

  • Internal and external client reporting

  • Portfolio management on all client related activities across SEA

  • Work closely with Head of Trading & Operations in Singapore and DnA team in Bangalore on Analytics projects in the region

  • Always updated on all industry trends

  • Proactively arrange external meetings to amplify performance and insight message, and grow client relationship

  • Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas

  • Attend and participate in external meetings

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and BI internal tools

  • Experience working in client-facing environment would be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of statistical models & concepts

  • Hands on experience with campaign optimisation in DV360, Xandr, TTD including full-funnel DR campaigns

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills are a must

  • Working knowledge of SQL, R, Python or Bonsai (especially) is a bonus
